Day 15! Decided to do my push-ups challenge (check in) for tomorrow’s workout so I stretched things out with some yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ tonight! Did a 20 minute easy flow class using the @onepeloton app with @diti22! My very first class on the app and I loved it! 🙌⁣

I really miss my days with @YogaWorks. I will always have a special place in my heart ❤️ for that place... such beautiful studios, teachers, and forever friends. 🙏 ⁣

Day 14! Wooooo!! 🙌 Able to get FIVE sets in tonight! Slow and steady is definitely working its magic ✨ . Push-ups are feeling AWESOME! Most importantly, my knee has been cooperating and hasn’t given me ANY issues. Thank God for that! 🙏 Gonna keep going... 💪 #justmove #ragnar31daychallenge

Day 10! Aweeeeesome day at the Rose Bowl playing ball with the babe and babies! It’d been a whiiiiile since I’d thrown a football around. I forgot how fun it was! Once I warm up I’m not a bad throw at all. Lol 🏈 #movingandgrooving #justmove #ragnar31daychallenge

Day 9! I wanted to see how many push-ups I could do before bad form really came in. 😂 I know my daily workout is sooooooooo not my normal way of working out. Some days I’m like, “Am I even ‘working out?!’ I only did ONE set...” 🙄 Come on, T... that’s “nothing“.

But unfortunately, my days of speed and AGILITY are still very far... 😔 BUT I have to stop thinking that way!! THE GOAL IS TO MOVE. THAT’S IT. FOR 31 DAYS. For the #ragnar31daychallenge! And I’m doing just that! This progression is definitely slow and steady and I have to view this journey in a different light. I will get there... I got this! 🙌 Guess how many I did... ✌️

Day 7! Almost didn’t make it but!! Even when I’m tired 💤 and have a massive headache 🤕 , I told myself I can do this. I have to! I can still just do my ONE set for the #ragnar31daychallenge! I was NOT going to fail... boom! 👊 #dontthink #JUSTMOVE

Day 6! Seems that working out in the evening is becoming the norm. I like that I don’t have to worry about my monkeys 🐵 🐵 jumping around and needing something every second! 😫 I was able to do 3 sets tonight! Hell yeah! It’s the little things... 🙌

Day 5! Dance off with the workout buddy at the end! 🤣 This nosy-body will not let me work out solo so why not include her? Added weight to my squats felt pretty good and the upper body throws are always good too! 💪 Slow and steady...
