Recipe:
1. Soak 1 cup of Sabudana for 3-4 hours in water.
2. Heat 1-2 teaspoon of desi ghee in a pan.
3. Add cumin seeds, peanuts, chopped tomato and saute for 5 minutes.
4. Add boiled potato and give it a mix.
5. Now add soaked Sabudana to it.
6. Add salt and black pepper as per your taste.
7. Cook the Sabudana with continuous stirring till it gets properly cooked.

2 slices brown bread.
1 egg
2 tbs milk
Pinch of salt & cinnamon.
Mix it well.
Coat bread into the mixture.
Heat tawa with ghee or butter.
Place the bread on tawa and cook both sides.

Serve it with honey on top or with vanilla ice cream. 😋
