Emirati families in Dubai will be entitled to loans of up to Dh1 million to help them get on to the property ladder. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, approved the measure on Monday as he gave the go ahead for 4,000 new homes to be built. The value of the new project is Dh5.2 billion. The decision came after Sheikh Mohammed said Dh65 billion would be allocated to Emirati housing in the next 20 years. "As we mentioned previously, I will follow up the housing policy myself with Hamdan and Maktoum during the coming period," he wrote on Twitter. Several housing areas designed for Emiratis have been completed in the UAE in the past year. Click on the link in the bio to read more. #uae🇦🇪 #thenationalnews #emirates #housing #dubai #properties

These rare photos of Dubai highlight the city’s beginnings as an exhibition city. They are part of a special show at Jameel Arts Centre titled Off Centre / On Stage and curated by Todd Reisz, which showcases 58 rare images of Dubai taken in the 1970s, just as the emirate began to expand. “We’re not talking about a planning initiative saying the city would hereby move southward,” said Reisz, “you had planners well into the 1970s working for the municipality to draw plans for the city to be centered around the Creek. But the market was different.” Dubai World Trade Centre, for example, was designed by John Harris under the auspices of Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed, the Ruler of Dubai at the time. The 184-metre tower was not part of a deliberate plan to expand the city southwards, but it served as a view into Dubai’s future and, according to Reisz, an exhibition in its own right. “On Stage is a bit of a reference to the Expo,” Reisz says. He notes that the photographs, news clippings, official documents and town plans in Off Centre / On Stage highlight how Dubai has been a city of exhibitions since at least the 1970s. Strength starts with what you think and what you say. By observing everything you say about yourself and others, ability to analyze, learn and change… will not only make you stronger but also will let you know who you are and give you opportunity to become better version of yourself. Be on top of your emotions, have control over your feelings, be able to listen your heart are the key ingredients to your own strength! Get stronger guys not just physically but raise your inner strength as well ❤️👊🏻 #SquatandSmilewithOlga We build your confidence!
Why do I choose strength? 1. Keeping my immune system strong and body healthy. I don’t remember when last time I had flu or cold. During pandemic 😷 I had full confidence my body is strong enough to deal with it in case it happens. You can say I’m lucky but it didn’t touch me at all. 2. It does impact my food choices and makes me eat balanced meals. I don’t have cravings, I can eat what ever I want and be mindful about it. I only track calories time to time to keep my weight on count for competition. 3. It helps with mental health also. If I have any doubts or anything that really disturbs me, strength training brings my focus back and makes my mind clear. 4. Strength training keeps my body in shape all year long. Yes, I might not be super lean and shredded but who said it is a gold standard. I feel great and confident in the body I have and it’s only what matters the most to me. 5. I’m in love with feeling strong. ❤️Strength is like a super power of being unstoppable. It makes me feel happy, proud, worthy, confident, strong and healthy. Being a woman I not only think about my own health but about health of my future kids as well and strength training is crucial for that. It does regulates your hormones and keep us females ready to have a healthy baby. 💪🏻💕 Stay Strong Ladies, #SquatandSmilewithOlga We build your confidence!
We worry about so many things… let’s just hold on for a sec and appreciate what we already have. Don’t forget, life is about you being you and nothing else! Have a good day everyone! 👊🏻💕 Stay Strong! #SquatandSmilewithOlga We build your confidence!
Believe me or not ladies, we are females do not have that hormonal profile to build big muscles you are so scared of. Let’s take me as an example. My training experience is 6+ years. Last 3 years I train for strength which requires high intensity. Meaning 4 times a week I lift heavy weights. Do I look manly? Well… I’m leaving the ball in your court to decide what to think about it. But I’ll be honest, I’m the healthiest and the strongest I ever was. 👊🏻😉 #SquatandSmilewithOlga WE BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE.

It’s only failure if you will except it - PART 1. Power Meet 10 by @desert.barbell was the most exciting event I had an opportunity to be a part of and Desert Barbell Sports Club made sure it well organized as always! It’s another powerlifting competition for me to face my fear and doubts, feel happiness and joy in the same time. ❤️😌 I came third 🥉in my weight class -69kgs I’m not going to post all my lifts, I just want to highlight two of them(next post) Want to say big thank you to a man who went through another competition with me and let me make a call for my last squat attempt, knowing is not a wise decision to make. Really appreciate it, Dan ! @danielthomasedwards 🙌🏻 Sometimes is not an outcome that matters and for me approaching that bar, already was a big deal. 😌 Yes, it was no lift for yesterday’s squat attempt but I’ll do it as many times, as it needed until I GET IT! ——————————————————— Continue in the next post….
